We love our little Island and the people here! Locals and visitors alike! There are so many things to do, and beautiful places to see. From live music, to fishing and shell hunting on our beautiful beaches of Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Swimming and surfing in the ocean or sound. Watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets, climbing our lighthouses, or taking a a trip on the ferry to Ocracoke.
Hatteras Island is a beautiful, and unique little slice of paradise, and we at Hatteras Island Transportation, strive to do what we can to make it safe and enjoyable for everyone!

We now offer food delivery service from your favorite local restaurants. Call to schedule a food delivery pick up. Then call in your order and will gladly pick it up and deliver it to you.
